My stay at Hotel Baisaran in Pahalgam was a mixed experience. The location is convenient, close to the main market and scenic spots, which I appreciated. However, the service was quite slow, and the facilities could definitely use some improvement, particularly concerning room sizes and heating options.

During my two-night stay at Hotel Baisaran, I found the overall experience to be decent but not without its flaws. The location is truly a highlight, close to the market and the horse stand. however, the rooms felt a bit cramped for a family of four. While the service was often helpful, there were moments of inconsistency that affected my enjoyment, particularly in the dining area where the choices were limited and repetitive.
